We accept returns within 30 days of the order placement. Beyond 30 days from your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To initiate the return process, email [email protected] and a team member will assist you. Please note that, for opened, altered, or specially handled items we are unable to accept returns due to the potential for degradation and contamination.
Return Eligibility
Your research peptide must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging intact to be eligible for a return. A receipt or proof of purchase is necessary to complete your return.
Eligible reasons for a return are:
- Incorrect Products: If the product you received is incorrect.
- Missing or Damaged Products: If any items are missing or damaged from your order.
Note: Opened items will not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Any opened or used product is unable to be returned due to the nature of research peptides. This is because of sterility, standards, and regulations laboratory conditions have to follow. Any damage or tampering of product identified if returned will not be issued a refund.
